After co-founding Eagle Bay Financial Services Ltd. with his wife Ida, Nick has sought to build his business by providing a workplace that attracts and retains quality employees. His approach to including employees as part of his family is also a process that his company adopts for its clients.

Her familiarity in organization development theories and methods benefit both the people working for Eagle Bay Financial Services Ltd. as well as the clients we provide services to.

Since becoming a licensed financial advisor in 2008, Amanda's primary focus has been on providing insurance and investment planning solutions to individuals and families. Amanda is a dedicated resource to plan members of our group retirement clients, providing personalized one-on-one retirement planning assistance. Amanda is also responsible for group retirement business development and ongoing group pension plan service. Amanda is enthusiastic and has a genuine goal of helping her clients improve their financial futures.

Jesse has been in the insurance industry for more than a decade. Prior to joining Eagle Bay Financial Services Ltd, he worked with two of the most reputable insurance carriers in Canada. His focus is delivering high levels of personalized service while assisting our clients with the complex and dynamic field of employee benefits.

His role as Manager, Business Services, involves plan design and development, quotes, renewals and client/member education. His extensive knowledge and experience as an educator in the benefits marketplace will provide our clients with exceptional value and service. Jesse is currently working towards his CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist).

Adriana comes to Eagle Bay Financial Services Ltd. with a Law degree from Brazil, where she gained over 7 years' experience in settlements, negotiations, civil and commercial contracts, labour and civil law. She successfully communicated with clients from a variety of multicultural and social economic backgrounds resulting in strong customer service relationship skills.

Adriana understands that in business - everything is based upon honest and trustworthy relationships. Listening to clients and responding to their concerns and knowing what 'the client needs will enable the proper delivery of what works best for them. It's not only about reviewing documents and calculating costs; it's about what our clients want and care about, then creating a plan from that point forward. Adriana's professionalism and personality is a great asset to our clients.
